By Booking an appointment with Love Spell, you agree to the policies listed below. All the artists at our studio have other jobs where their time is split. Our time is valuable and we ask that you treat it as much. Thank you!!

Booking fee

There will be a non refundable $50 booking fee on all cosmetic tattoo services. Your $50 booking fee will be deducted from the procedure total. There will be a $20 non refundable booking fee for BASIC Tooth Gems. The 18k Gold tooth gems will have a $50 booking fee. If you “no call, no show”, you forfeit your booking fee and you will be charged 30% of service value. If you want to reschedule, you will need to pay for your service in full when you reschedule(no call no shows).

cancellations

If you need to cancel, please email Lovespellcosmetictattoo@gmail.com ASAP and cancel on your IG or Square account(if possible). You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment time or you will forfeit your booking fee and will need to pay another one to reschedule. You may reschedule BEFORE 24 hours and use your booking fee towards the next appointment you schedule. The booking fee is transferable only one time. If you need to reschedule your appointment for a 2nd time, we ask that you pay for your session in full upon rescheduling.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and will be considered a “no call no show”. If you “no call no show” your appointment, you will be charged 30% of service value as a cancellation fee, that is non redeemable. If you are a “no call no show” and you would like to book again, you will need to pay for the service in advance.

Other Policies

• No guarantees or refunds on services unless the artist agree’s to a refund

• No refunds on goods bought from Love Spell Cosmetic Tattoo. If you have purchased art from a vendor in our studio and there is a complaint about your good/product, that is to be taken up with the artist of the work you bought. We can put you in contact with them.

• Booking fee is non refundable, only transferable to those who cancel with a 24 hour notice and it is only transferable one time.

• Free Services require a $20 booking fee that is refundable at your appointment or you can use this to tip your artist. If you No Call/No Show your free service, you forfeit your booking fee. You can cancel your free service 24hours in advance and receive a refund of your $20.
